Meh, the news from the scale is not good. I have been off the wagon AGAIN….
91.6kg & 40.9% body fat
We just had a long weekend here in Oz, and a group of our friends joined us in a rented holiday house over on the East coast. I will do a round-up of that later this week. That way I have something to show for it other than the extra kilos 
Oo, Waggles my kitten is much better now. I think she may be up to posting on her own blog sometime this week. She did my weigh-in with me:
Waggles 1.3kg
Which is no change from just before she got sick 2 weeks ago. Either that or its the default reading on my electronic scales 
Ok I gotta get stuck into the lab work. Catch ya later this week.
