Coconut in the Roaring 40s

I was thinking of calling this post “the final countdown…dodadooooo doooooo…dodadodadooo” but there is still one more weekend before I have to submit my thesis so mustn’t count my chickens too early.

Now I said last post I was hoping to have my intro done and most of my discussion…yeah well, about that…no such luck. I have just really struggled this week making headway with my intro. I think I am a bit lost in the woods and could really do with like, I dunno, a SUPERVISOR!!! Hmph, yeah. My main supervisor has been AWOL (well not really, but if I knew then what I do now…) since April. I will ackowledge that my personal motivation is severely lacking I know I am largely to blame for my predicament, but its hard to rectify these things when there is a lack of expert support around.

Gotta give it out to my man, and various peeps around me who have stepped up and offered their help. It’s great knowing they are there for me. Anyway I will leave it at that for now as it really is only… one, two,…EEEK 12 days until I hand in. I best get back to it.
